Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Casablanca | Rabat
Pick you up at Casablanca airport and visit some of the main sights of the city, as Hassan II Mosque. Continue the trip towards Rabat. Night at a Riad.
Day 2: Rabat | Chefchaouen
Rabat is the first Imperial city you will be visiting. Optional Guided Tour with an official guide; visit the Oudayas Kasbah, Hassan Tower & Mohammed V Mausoleum, along with the Chellah Gardens & Necropolis. After the Tour, start the trip towards the “Blue Town” of Chefchaouen. Night at a Riad.
Day 3: Chefchaouen
Today you will head towards Chefchaouen, crossing the Rif Mountains, the peak reaches its highest at 2456m at Jbel Tidighine . Arrive to Chefchaouen, the blue shaded village amidst the mountains, painted blue by the Jewish refugees who lived there during the 1930′s Visit the picturesque medina, set against the dramatic backdrop of the Rif Mountains. Dinner and night a Dar. (Guesthouse).
Day 4: Chefchaouen | Volubilis | Fes
After breakfast, start the trip towards Fes. On the way. stop to visit the archaeological site of Volubilis, Roman Ruins, cultural heritage for humanity UNESCO Site. Continue the trip to Fes. Night at a Riad.
Day 5: Fes Guided Tour
Optional Guided tour with an official guide and you will be able to explore the UNESCO protected Fes Medina. Fes has up to 9,000 roads and alleyways and the best way to explore it is with an expert. Fes Medina is the oldest and most beautiful in Morocco, almost unchanged since the Middle Ages and declared World Heritage of Humanity in 1981. The doors lead us to a tangle of narrow streets and alleyways around the mosque Kairouine. Its university is the oldest in the world. Visit the neighborhood of the tanners and discover a terrace overlooking the tannery. Night at a Riad.
Day 6: Fes | Ifrane | Azrou | Erg Chebbi
Start the journey towards the Erg Chebbi Dunes. On the way you will pass Ifrane- the Moroccan Switzerland and Azrou before passing through Midelt and the Ziz Valley and onto the desert. Dinner and night at a Auberge.
Day 7: Erg Chebbi Sahara Desert
Day dedicated to explore the Erg Chebbi Sahara Desert. Tour around the region to visit a local musical village Khamlia and share a tea with a nomadic family. Camel Trekking into the dunes, on the way ou will stop to admire sunset. Arrive to the Bivouac to have dinner under the stars followed by a night in a Berber-style tent. We have our own private camp area. If you prefer not to sleep in the camp, you can go ride the dromedary for one hour to admire sunset and spend the night at the Auberge.
Day 8: Erg Chebbi| Dades Valley | Ouarzazate
In the morning, opportunity to admire sunset and take some outstanding photos before heading back to Auberge. Start the journey to Ouarzazate, and on the way you will detour to visit Todra Gorge., the most impressive cannyon in Morocco. Arrive to Ouarzazate and visit Taorirt Kasbah once owned by the Glaouis family Dinner and night at a Riad.
Day 9: Ouarzazate | Ait Ben Haddou | Marrakech
Before heading to Marrakesh, you will visit the UNESCO world heritage site at Ait Ben Haddou. Then, Cross Tiz n Tichka pass, over the High Atlas Mountains and arrive to Marrakech. Transfer to your Riad.
Day 10: Marrakech Guided Tour
Optional private Guided Tour of Marrakech Medina with an official guide from Marrakech. You will see the famous Mosque of Koutubia, the Medina and its souks, and explore some more of Marrakech’s secrets: Ali Ben Youssef Koranic school, the Saadian the Bahia Palace and Majorelle Gardens. Night at a Riad in the Medina.
Day 11: Marrakech | Essaouira
In the morning, start the trip towards Essaouira, fishing village. On the way visit a women’s Argan oil co-operative, the Argan tree only grows on the West coast of Morocco. Arrive to Essaouira, visit the ramparts, the fishing harbor, a typical example of Moorish and Portuguese architecture. and the craft shops in the medina, declared UnescoWorld Hertitage Site, as an example of a fortified city of the century XVIII .Night at a Riad.
Day 12: Essoauira
Free day to chill out, walk on the beach, and enjoy this unique cool town, well known for its annual Festival of Gnoua Night at a Riad.
Day 13: Essaouira to Marrakech
In the morning, return to Marrakech. You will have time for last minute shopping and to taste a “the a la menthe” at one of the terraces in Jemaa el Fnaa square, Night at a riad.
Day 14: Transfer to the airport
